Another story

Here is another story from some friends. They say they have a DANKless job, mixing some fiction into fact. Author Tim Greene wrote a novel called ‘Exact Revenge’ and ironically it seemed to give fiction to fact- many thousands of miles away from the jail setting that the first half of the ...

Re: Mumbai Terrorist Attack-News stories and timeline

Big Lie. Sonia was personally responsible for killing 2 hours after Vilasrao called for NSG help, waiting to see the political fallout. Manmohan was sleeping. NSG was ready in 45mins and then just waited helplessly for the call to fly from the Cabinet Secretary. This as told by one of the force comm...

Re: Strategic leadership for the future of India

If Bharat really gets the weakest government since 1947 that would be turned and twisted by the west, I wouldn't be surprised if the resulting events shocked us to the core...things like... -1. India should rush to the assistance of the Pak Govt. > 2. Give them support by reducing tensions on the Lo...

Re: Future strategic scenario for the Indian Subcontinent

The thing is, these choices will have to be made soon, probably by what history will term the weakest, most morally bankrupt government and Lok Sabha we will ever see. But after that things will get better and religious vote banks will be less effective.

Re: Future strategic scenario for the Indian Subcontinent

The day is fast approaching where we will have to make peace with the army in Pakistan and help them stay in power.... to create a buffer-state between India and the taliban. That will be gut-wrenching and some hard decisions will have to be made.

Re: Indian Army Discussion

Of the delay in deploying NSG, 2 hours can be directly attributed to a person in Delhi asking a bollywoodloving idiot to control with Mumbai police while he/she/it/they calculated the political fallout. And, the NSG was at the airport 45 mins after they were called.....and then waited for the order ...

Hence, we use ambiguity. Be...

The Smerch is 'off the shelf'. The Smerch was first shown off to foreign attaches 2 years ago, at Deolali. My guess is that the tests are to check the performance of special munitions/ rockets that are NOT off-the shelf.
