KAI T-50 is derived from F-16 design (at least tats wat Wiki Uncle tells).
I dont think Both the Aircraft are unstable designs. Please correct me if im wrong.

you mean Ground clearance or the service ceiling. (LCA can go up to 50k feet).

If its the latter, what is the minimum height, a fighter/bomber should fly to drop a Nuke?

I think the LCA can replace the Jaguar as well in the SEAD Role. The specs are roughly comparable. I recall reading here at BR that Russia never had shipyards capable of building Large warships (Read aircraft Carriers), because the one Aircraft Carrier they have was built at Ukraine during Soviet Era...

So Building Viky, essentially was a training program for them.
