Ppl:
US did :P to Wi Dong by taking Taiwan's call. Then told Wi Dong that US wants only cordial relations, all Bunnies started going in circles drumbeating about US losing face. Then US sends aircraft carrier into SC Sea. Not significant?

Re: Levant crisis - III

From the vertical plume of earth, (followed by a general obliteration of the area) it appears that this may be a Detonation-ul-Tunnel, IOW, jet travelling pretty fast when it came out of the ground. I hope!!! The rising of so much earth in a dome also says that the detonation occurred well below the...

Think about it. The demo of a British Trident heading towards Miami would have caused a major rush for Pepto-Bismol (By Appointment To Her Majesty The Queen HRH etc etc) Just a message that hey, launch from the South Atlantic towards Buenos Aires, or from the North Sea towards Murmansk, the mjjile c...

Some dins pehle CNN floated an article saying that Republicans were promoting a Bill to impose a Carbon Tax of $40/Ton of CO2 on companies that emit CO2. Gasoline would have that tax tacked on. Families would get up to $2000 in tax credit or just direct payment from this. If THAT is not a News Falsh...

"These guys do not want their kids to face uncertainty while looking for jobs in the US" These folks have 3.5 crore to invest in a GC scheme which for all purposes would be a write-off as far as the expenses are concerned and yet they are worried that kids may have to find a job in future...

Hard to associate any "depth" with the bubbleheads asking "questions" at the Press Conferences and tweeting their fa*ts.
Read the quoted tweets that pass for "news and analysis" these days

Except of course on UBCN.

Lots of shouting and posturing, but what exactly is the law saying that a U.S. Citizen is not allowed to talk to an accredited foreign diplomat 5 times in a day? 10 times in a day? Seriously, TSJi where in the US Constitution does it say that a US citizen needs permission to say "Hyawdy Rooskie" to an accredited foreign diplomat? I don't understand this whole thing. So if I go to a party at say the Venezuelan Consulate, I can't run for NSA? I've been in plenty of par...

The trouble with all this is that TSA agints may also have watched "Fauj 10 from Navarunnissa" or "The Fourth Fatwa", "The Din-ul-hyena" etc and hence have a healthy skepticism of uniforms, "TOP SECRET" markings etc.
