Post on the above got eaten by system issues at my end. It does look like a masterful stroke of disinformation/DDM. 1 ton payload AND "hypersonic" with solid propulsion means takeoff mass at least 2.5 tons (just to reach deltaV of Mach 5, which is not enough to reach any significant range)...
