Re: Indian Missiles and Munitions Discussion
Rianovosti Article on Indo Russian Defence Cooperation The Akash anti-aircraft missile system is a prime example. Re: Indian Army: News & Discussion
some of the articles that come out periodically are part of "internal psywar", often inspired by insiders to create pressure on decisionmakers...Seldom are these balanced, but then in a 500 word piece in a newspaper/mag, the writer has to put in stark language to get an essential message ...

Re: Indian Army: News & Discussion
Combat Unready Apologize if it has ben posted, but a very uncomfortable read. Coming from Sandeep Unnithan, I would not dismiss it out of hand. Most of the problems mentioned are known or suspected, but some of the statements made me cringe Unhappy with the indigenous 5.56 mm INSAS rifle introduced...

' Sirf Munna not a bhai ' ' 13 saal ka vanvaas khatam ' ' although found guilty for possession of armory, Sanjay can breath sigh of relief as all the TADA charge...

Re: T-72s in Chechnya, From Armour Magazine
Nitin, GOI/MOD should come out with a clear statement on the status of Arjun. Ambiguity on their part, repeated hankerings in the press about the "failed MBT program", and to top it all the CAG reports keep the doubts smouldering in people's minds. Don't really care if the cost involved is...

Re: T-72s in Chechnya, From Armour Magazine

Good to know Arjun is alive and kicking. One question to the pundits....why is it going to take so long...

A good strategist would never underestimate his adversary. The Pukes did in all the wars..and Indians were ready with what the Pukes never expected.
IA should carefully look at their claims, and make sure we have all the means to counter them.
Abhay

Telusrinu
BR is a forum of the informed. Before you post, check the facts. Don't make dumb statements for the sake of it. You are free to have your opinion, but don't twist facts-"LCA is a creepy design which has never come out and will NEVER come out".......hello knock knock....where d...
