^^ Which brings us back to the conclusion that there are currently no helmets that meet or exceed NIJ level III protection. The best commercially available, non weight prohibitive level of protection available is level IIIA which is what the helmets being procured meet.

CISF has adopted the JVPC. IMO JVPC is more suited for police and sentry duties. Sub compact carbines have limited application in Army where a normal carbine shooting standard ammo is required.
