Military Vehicles: MPVs, Trucks, FATs, LSV, LAMV, TEL/TELARs, Hovercrafts etc.

This is a category of hardware which really doesn't capture the imagination of Jingos but this is where, in a short while, our domestic industry has come a long way. I feel that this category of military hardware requires its own thread as it just gets buried in the Indian Army general discussion th...

The Army also flagged the high cost of the Nag missile. The cost of the Nag ATGM is about half a million dollars, almost double the price of the Israeli Spike or American Javelin missile, according to a second Army official. Sounds like BS. The TOW-2, which is the actual analogue to the Nag is pric...

In any conflict, PAF would get decimated in a week, and by decimated, I mean left with nothing more than hand launched UAVs and a few mobile air defence platforms.

The army though will dig in like ticks and town after town would have to be liberated in seiges.

The rifles used would be easily identified by picking up spent cartridges. Even same cartridges fired from different make of guns would have different indentations/marks due to firing pin impact pressure, marks left by chamber, location and size of extractor etc.
