Deep upgrade kits for AKM from Bangalore based company Stumpp, Scheule and Somappa for Para SF. Handguard, dust cover, flash hider and buttstock replaced. No. MCIWS and HK 416 are worlds apart. MCIWS is closer to AR-18 derivatives. HK416 is piston driven AR-15.

If by indian standard ammunition they mean 5.56 INSAS round then any carbine that uses stanag nato standard magazine is out as 5.56 INSAS round being 2.5 mm longer will result in feed failure.

AA-12 shotgun. Around 50 sec mark, the presenters inform that it has been ordered by India. We are yet to come across any images in the field. So far the only gas operated shotgun we have seen is Franchi SPAS-15 with NSG.

^^ Although 7.62x54 is a slightly better cartridge, bolt action ssg69 has a better moa. It ultimately boils down to greater volume of fire with minimal training vs better accuracy at long ranges.
