The Israeli Avionics are being used for the armed Army Dhruvs (also called the Weapons Intregrated or WI Dhruv). The 21st production Dhruv onwards will feature the glass cockpit etc.

Tom Indian militray aid mission were alawys estabhlished as a result of bilateral agreements. Not only are 70% of our tanks not battlewortyhy, but 60% of the IAF is grounded due to spares shortages. In fact in MiG-21 units availability is as low as 35%.

Actually women are repressed all over. You should see some of the battered women's shelter's in the US. The problem is just as endemic. Education and rule of law is the answer.

When 30 Arty Div was raised (now called 40 Arty Div) there was no provision for gun brigades. There were provisions for 3 'groups' - one missile and two rocket. The composition AFAIK remain unaltered.

It is concievable that the the artillery division will provide a pool of scarce resources, however SP artillery is unlikely to be a part of this. To do so would deprive the strike formations of their mobility and flexibilty. From the perspective to holding tube artillery, anything the divisions hold...
