from here http://pib.nic.in/newsite/PrintRelease.aspx?relid=105116 net UP % was 58.35 in 2014. In 2019 it seems to be above 60% in first phase.

IIRC Mig 29 are based out of Adampur. Squadron that engaged was out of Srinagar.
