Re: Aero India 2017 - Feb 14 - 18

We had stalls in 2003,2005,2007,2009

2005-our neighbour was the Mysore Sandal Soap stall.

No more stalls post 2009 due to manpower constraints.

We will have one when the first sqn of Tiger Moths Mk 100 is raised and operationalised. So,Aero India 2021

Fine Guy, and it was a formidable selection pool.
So, now Vikramaditya's second commision begins.
And finally, Delhi class COs can now go on to one more afloat command, Headaches for P branch.

Puruvir Das is the son of V Adm Premvir Das.
You bet he knows what to do in such situations.
Ambassador Kantha is also an old China hand and its good that both of them were on board.

Hi, What is sad is that a lot of good officers are going to go down. The seniormost submariner is V Adm Chatterjee who is DCNS and is known as the Grey Dolphin. R Adm Bhokare is the current FOSM but he was due to hand over to R Adm Ashokan I think the overmanning of the sub that day was because COMC...

Rahul, Submarines=the Sindhus and the U-Boats, on account of their crewing numbers and tonnage fall into Cdr level CO appointments. Typically, a submarine CO will command as a commander, then may go onto command a larger surface ship as a Captain or may get to command a Submarine sqn as a Captain. T...

Wow, Vicki looks so pretty!
What a fleet.

This explains why there was a Tu 142 operating ex-Bombay last week. AOR sanitisation anyone?

I have embarked and sailed on the viraat,Mumbai and Teg. I am trying to imagine how Vikramaditya must appear along side.
