B-05 Programme This is the submarine-based Missile Launcher System. A Mobile launcher and a Pontoon Launcher have been realized. The pontoon launcher has been successfully used for flight trials. It’s small frontal RCS will make it harder for ABM to intercept it.

The shape of the payload fairing (K4) doesn't have anything to do with reentry. It's just a protective cowling which is ejected when the missile leaves the lower atmosphere
