Re: Indian IT Industry
Why cant reliance start a domestic cloud company like Ali-Cloud - even a small one using OSS like OpenStack? They can, they have the money and they have the people. But Indian mindset has been, and more true lately is to settle for modest gains for minimum risk. Creating a domestic cloud increases ...

Re: Indian Economy News & Discussion - Nov 27 2017
such a farmer would automatically come in the no-tax bracket after filing return, so what's the problem ? I am sure you are aware that people whitewash huge amounts of illegal, often criminally gotten income by showing it as farming income, since that is non-taxable. this hits at the root of corrup...

Re: Indian Economy News & Discussion - Nov 27 2017
India is a haven for 'tax-chor' and a killing ground for honest tax paying citizens - and we still expect that we will become super power and middle class will love this country. Example - I pay 30% TDS on the salary that I get - then when I go to buy a car with that tax-paid money I will pay furth...

There is a subsequent clarification in the tweet.. Re: last tweet, must clarify, after getting inputs, riot gear for troops was brought in post ...

^^ Frankly speaking, I guess we are just fighting over thieves - One set of thieves has been replaced by a bigger set of thieves. Irrespective of the party flag, the base mindset of the elected representatives is still primitive and not conducive for the development of the country, barring a very li...

Cmon....I thought the team really played well after losing 4 wickets for 24 runs eating away 10 overs. Hard luck though. Well, the overlord just doesnt look after India alone, he sometimes has to look after his other creations as well :-) I do understand that we do not like to lose at this stage.......

sad to the see the 3 telugu leaders fawning and supplicating to the same congress leadership which split their state - something people in the state always complain about. Long time ago Atri/Kaal described the different types of power enumerated in the Puranas Ken Boulding also wrote a book on powe...

Re: 2019 General Elections News and Discussion
The mods have clearly mentioned no more discussion on AP & TS. I am surprised people are still so enamored of discussing it. Dubey saar vaaru, please do educate me on the backstabbing you have come to notice by Chandranna with data, and how it cannot be attributed to politics that benefited the...

Re: 2019 General Elections News and Discussion
I agree with the poster "Supratik"- the best outcome from AP and TG would be the wipeout of the perpetual backstabber 'Chandranna'. I hope he will be reduced to next to nothing in LS. Modi sarkar #2 should really go after this snake and find out where all the money given to AP went. I saw...

Been a long time lurker, was more than happy to soak in the knowledge of the seers here. Unfortunately, casualty of this general election discussion here :-) "All that needs to happen is for an NDA govt to form in 2019 w/o TRS as coalition partner, Congress will melt down and BJP will naturally...
