IMO PM’s statement about no Chinese occupying Indian territory had to be referencing Galwan - otherwise it doesn’t make sense (forget about the lake - what about Aksai Chin etc). There is no way he would give it up in a speech like that. I think a 1 line clarification from FM or something like that...
