He has no record at a false positive in a wave election, i.e. he has never asserted a wave election when there wasn't one. I will worry about the bringing of rg after 23rd of May. If maut ka Saudagar is ok. If khoon ke dalili is ok. If Modi chor hai is ok inspite of zero evidence.
