If the Chinese are playing music and propaganda on loud speakers what is stopping us from returning the favour. If the Chinese does it, most probably their soldiers are susceptible to such non-sense. Minimal Fabs allow small scale manufacture of semiconductors. Several advantages include faster prototyping as well as chip optimally designed for special purposes.
