Re: Kaveri & Aero-Engine: News & Discussion

BTW when the Tejas TD planes were being design ed with F404 there were queries on how will Kaveri fit?
All this in 1998 time frame.
And people pooh poohed them as naysayers not supportive of indigenous development.
Now Kaveri will fit into Rafale engine bay.

I click on this thread hopefully to hear significant progress with Kaveri.
All I hear is 'should' and 'would'.

Nowadays defence reporters are sounding like wish list promoters.
When do they report what is happening?

Re: Should we discontinue EVMs?

Its deliberate move by Zero Sibbal. The Congress wants to de-legitimize the election process as they know Modi will win 2019. So they are preparing to claim rigged elections. If the EVMs are rigged why not cancel Karnataka, MP, CG, RJ elections and club them with LS elections in April-May? Both Sibb...

Yeah! I agree with the good General! More fiction than fact!! lots of errors but it is highly entertaining. Saw URI in the theatres today. Audiences were jingoistic and full of josh. Special effects in first half were better than second half. Liked Rakesh Bedi's cameo role as ISI afsar. :D SHQ was saying Angoori's father!!! The scenes in Pakiland will make them very wary. Won't drink whiskey or eat birya...

I think.maybe script writers frequent this forum. So many forum truths about Paki Army leadership are there.
Paresh Rawal did great job as Pigeon.
Actor playing Manohar Parrikar was also good.

And DDM was portrayed as we think.

Watched Uri last weekend. First class! For once, the depiction of small arms handling and tactics was really excellent.
