This was a given. There is a significant section of Telangana-vadis (including hardcore Hindus), who see their identity in the Nizami Hyderabad. This is what makes them different from other Andhra folks. So, I am not remotely surprised that Talibani regime is being allowed to flourish in Hyderabad....
