You can do geodesic and nongeodesic winding for pressure vessels and various other things like T bars etc. Other method is to layer sheets or tapes depending on the need. Tejas uses multiple layers of carbon fibre sheets. Everything I have read points to tapes being used in LCA, not fabric/sheets. ...
