That helps and doing a bit of reading. Meeting the doc next week. I am a veg-No alc type. Even for an upper 30's guy with active lifestyle (sports, gym etc), healthy diet etc and without check-up, sometimes things can go wrong and wouldn't know what hit.

After the checkup over the weekend, I had the above read out like a scorecard in my machine. Are these numbers good? I need to return the phone call, just want to educate myself before. Request your input.
