With winds of change blowing in the geopolitical front, HAL should qualify a second non-US jet engine for Tejas. There should be an alternative to GE404 and 414s.

What will be the effect of Kamala Harris ? any inputs ? Close to zero for US VPs have minor political power except in case of ill health of President, Biden is oldest POTUS and in many ways of poor health. Understand that there is embargo for Embraer ERJ 145 purchase. Does that apply to second hand/nearly new airframe of ERJ 145s from open market as well? There must be a way around and structural modifications can be done by a third party - part of aerospace MRO chain globally.

First nuclear SSN hull will be ready in the next 2 years. India is committed to spend $14 billion on this programme. Why go for old Kilo class diesel electrics? For littoral waters the existing + new Scorpene + project 75I should suffice

Soryu class is very interesting as it evolves with a more efficient snorkel system. The latest Soryu boat has got rid of Stirling AIP and embraced Li-ion batteries making it even more silent. That should free up section 9 & 10 in the cutaway diagram.

Keeping this alive for a long time will not help us - even preparing for a war and being in a state of preparedness means we are burning money. A live LAC means this will impose a recurring expense that will result in an exponential rise in the army’s revenue expenditure. That could be a strategy of...

J-20 is not 'stealthy' at all. The neutral experts have ratified this time and again. And stealth is the biggest hoax .... a 60s Soviet era Buk could bring down the F-117A! Indian Army will only go offensive where it can hold land and not retreat after counter attack - therefore anti-tank mines will hold good in certain areas where we do not wish to alter the LAC ab-initio IMHO. It can slow down any PLA armoured thrust!

So now you know the quality of their stealth. We don't need radars, even our media can detect it. :) Let's not get carried away. Stealth aircraft routinely carry "Luneberg Reflectors" which are expressly for the purpose of making them non-stealthy. The idea is that your enemy should have ...

The problem can be addressed very easily.
