Vijay Shankar should learn to bowl at 135+ kmph. He is tall and strong enough to do it. He will be a shoo in for the test all rounder position and probably for one days too. He is a great batsman to have at number 4 in one days.

There were 70 ministers in the previous term. Now its only 57. It will be expanded at a later date.
2014 started with a cabinet of 47 ministers. This time too it will be expanded to 70 or more.
