My understanding is that BB vaccination was run in parallel with stage 3 trials. In other words the people who were given the vaccine under EUA were tracked and their data collected and analyzed. How much do these private hospitals get paid for administering the vaccine? (My sis and BiL got their shots in HYD at a private hospital and paid only Rs 150 each. Dont know if the Private hospitals get their vaccine dose free from the govt.

No MoHFW 7pm update for Sunday. Fair enough - maybe no vaccinations are done on Sunday, and if they are, they'll report end of day figures on Monday morning. The spike in active cases is troubling. After reaching a low of 136k (on Feb 12) it has gone past 150k now. Also, the 7 day average is nudging up during the past four days - 517,937,1152 and is at 1488 now. May be another lockdown to stop this trend?
