how will India be able to spend so heavily on nuclear structures, that’s going to cost Rs 10,000, is a trillion dollar question. While defence budget for the financial year is $ 13 billion, the sum required for nuclear structures alone would be close to $ 20 billion. ----- mmm... special nuke taxes ...
