If Uttam is almost ready and can be inducted in 2 years or so and MK-1A is scheduled to fly only after 3 years from contract signing, then why are we buying Elta-2052? Why not use Uttam right from beginning?

Is it just to mitigate risk?

So, if Uttam is ready to be integrated then are we still going for 2052/RBE-2 for MK1A?

Since Nexus4 doesn't seem to be in stock ever, any suggestions for sub $400 phone in US or sub 25k phone in desh? I'll be in US for 2-3 weeks so does it make sense to buy an unlocked GSM phone there?
