Also, look at the right-sizing of HAL. It makes sense the body is downsized and focus entirely on concurrent engineering and production quality controls under Integration umbrella. Caping their profit margin is a wonderful suggestion by BK.

How difficult is it to fit Luneburg reflective lenses on non Stealth aircraft and Su-57 to see the impact they have, given their size cant be adding more than .1sq mtr to .3 sq mtr to the aircraft radar size. I strongly believe in not losing aerodynamics for stealth. It just doesn't makes sense. Mk2++ or better Mk3 platform can focus on internal shape deflections and highly permeable aerodynamic shapes to meet mach 2.5+. Haridas, that afsar only talked about the non-upgraded TDs and PVs and perhaps first of the LSPs. He is right in calling it having 3 legs. Even the 'Raptors' have 3 legs.
