Gurus, how about an AEW&C solution based on Gulfstream G650? It has a max altitude of 51,000 ft and a range of ~13,000 km. From what I know, Israel and Singapore already rely on G 550 + PHALCON solution.

@Rahulji, I could record LCH video on 10th only. And sadly it didn't fly on 11th. BTW there are 3 short LCH videos. Problem was that I was recording/shooting with the same camera. By the time I was done shooting LCH pics, it suddenly landed. Only later did I come to know that it was a technical snag...

Well, from what I could gather, IAF is in no mood to let IA have these birds. Reasons presented range from investing in the project to having control over major flying assets and need to train separate technicians and all.
