This has been done in places like Gujrat. Also they are building floting plants on lakes. Perhaps covering the highway could also be considered. Would provide shade and maybe also save the vehicles and tarmac from the heat. Some of the canals from the sardar sarovar dam are covered with solar panel...

How come people dont highlight "Active Radar Cancellation" technology that Rafale possesses. Also the full auto control at 50 feet above sea bed. Or maybe we aren't getting this feature that have accessive computing to cancel out emmitted radar signals from ground based enemy radars.

It’s more likely the placebo effect and lifestyle changes that are encouraged with homeopathic treatment that have a perceived effect. SU-30 MKI, Mig-29 SMT-Upgd, Mirage-2000I, now Rafale...I believe are to have SATCOM link now. Kind of skeptic about the upgraded Mig but would not be surprised if it had it.
