The advantage of US fighters is that in case of war with China and heavy attrition of IAF fighters take place then in service US fighters can be transferred to India which IAF pilots are trained to operate.
In practice we will be in US camp.

Nearly all 78 nos to IA and 16 nos to IAF have been produced. Few number may be left to be produced. Many are reported to be still at HAL waiting delivery.

The model shows 4 *19 *70 mm pod = 4*282.5 kg=1130 kg external payload.
Should be able to 4* quad ATGM launchers/ gun pods.

IA/IAF version with 300 nos requirement.

IN navy is still not on board for naval version of IMRH. They can't wait for a decade. They want NMRH 123 nos order asap.

216 nos (12sq)Tejas mk2 is planned and 6 sq AMCA is planned. They will require 3 lift per sq around 60 Tejas LIFT.
Tejas LIFT @16/year and MWF @24/year post 2027 i.e total @40/year can be expected.
Add to this @8/year AMCA upto 2035 2sq post 2030.
Indian economy will be large .Can afford it

Other induction will be different version of Tejas and AMCA till 2035.

For 32 naval Dhruv order for IN /CG it is Rs 8000 Cr. Rs 250 Cr/unit but it includes Radar/ Sonars as well as PBL.

The latest 6 Dhruv order for IA is for Rs 270 Cr or Rs45 Cr/unit. $6m/unit.
It seem it is only basic Helicopters as replacement for crashed Helicopters.
With all support equipment it is Rs 75 Cr /unit as far I remember in the last orders for IA/IAF.
