Why don't they try shifting CVRDE to Manesar/Noida ? Probably the change in climate will help.Also it will be nearer to Mahajan / Pokharan / Sena Bhawan etc.....anything that makes the Jarnails like it more than the T-90s blah blah.

Doesn't happen that way.Depends on availability of personnel.If a pilot -wso combination is detailed to fly a bird on monday and tuesday, it may not be the case on wednesday. That apart..every bird may have unique glitches.As long as flight controls respond identically...no pilot should have problem...
