the obvious problem with it is the profit making parts will be taken over by pvt. operators while the loss making ones(tracks and mass passenger) will be left with IR, squeezing their finances further. in this case DDM is correct. this is not a routine transfer, he was first sacked as Director CBI by the high power committee; this committee does not have the power to transfer anyone.

the transfer was a separate executive decision of the govt.
