So it was 20 M-11 Missiles with 300 Km range which drove the prooganda of Hatf-1,2,3 and Shaheen missiles with upto 1500km range and Paki missile program being more advanced than India propaganda during the late 90's to end of 2000's.

ABM duties in India should go to PAD and AAD, 5 Billion Investment in these will get you more systems than the S-400, but the AAD and PAD are not very useful in intercepting aircraft at long range where the S-400 is better

Even if it's 533mm it will be like firing a club from a scorpene. The Chinese will need to share source codes for integration with the battle management systems and it being Ukrainian based CM is likely 24 feet long and not 21 feet.

I doubt Babur could have been integrated with Agusta 70 or Agusta 90B subs, so this will take a few years around 2024 before the Chinese subs enter service. This will take around 2024 till the Type 41 subs enter service.
