I fail to understand why so much resistance to learning Hindi as one of 3 languages, which only gives you some basic knowledge. If I interpret this article correctly, this means the leg between India and West Asia will be served by airlines based out of India. Maybe the best that can be done, but probably not as lucrative as seeking to create a hub for Indian carriers somewhere in West Asia.
