The law responsible for those bills (colloquially called Obamacare) was passed by Obama when Biden was VP! Medicare, Medicaid or commercial insurance doesn't matter if one gets stuck with a bill at the end anyway.

I fail to understand why so much resistance to learning Hindi as one of 3 languages, which only gives you some basic knowledge.
