There has been delay in delivery schedule in contracts already executed to HAL. There is a 3 yrs delay in delivery of Sukhoi-30, 6 years delay in Jaguar, 5 year delay in LCA, and 2 year delay in delivery of Mirage 2000 upgrade: Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa

I suspect with Navstar, Galileo etc getting jammed they will have to completly stop the general civilan aircraft over flight over Syria if they have not does already , Powerful Jammers can screw up Navigation and can even have burn through capability against non-hardened electronics ,it can fry it
