It is a routine overhaul for engine and aircraft , probably it may come with latest DRDO jammers and ESM but no ASW upgrade suite. Guess there is an Optic pod added to the chin in the above pic. Can we avoid multiple news entries of the same items on the home page. I know its good to have same news from multiple sources but this can be done on a case by case basis. Right now the main page has the 5 links of the PAF pilots apology. I guess this isnt required.

Seems it got a new paint. Its more glosssy and the Sl no is painted under the right wing with IAF roudels added.

Added later: The plane pictures link might be showing the a/c while under testing and hence without the IAF Roundels and the Sl no.

Singha wasnt talking of entire sub but just the reactor section being fabricated and welded in Kalpakkam. Even then I remember reading somewhere that the reactor was lowered into the sub in Vizag itself.

BTW, the LCH was designed with specific emphasis on low RCS as well. I read in a Standing Committee Report that HAL had outsourced the LCH RCS model creation work to some private firm. Tata Elxsi ?
