IMO, that's technically not stealing if they are not doing anything illegal - that is stealing blue prints or formulas or code without the knowledge of the establishments they work for. India made steady progress from above 150 three years ago to around 100 for the past several months, but it is unable to go up from there.

India should host the foot ball world cup instead of even trying for the olympics. Way more profitable.

NRC can be re-verified as it is an executive decision. I don't think the courts can do anything. GST collections are still increasing but GOI seems to have budgeted much more last year going by the increases in the previous two years, probably fueled by DeMo. I think there was also a short fall in direct taxes too.
