Re: Pakistani Economic Stress Watch

Experts may doubt about the huge gas find, but what do they know about these things? Immy the Dimmy gets his de-briefing from his Peerni clad in a shuttle cock burkha. Did she not tell him he will be selected as PM? See, she definitely knows more.

Re: Indian ASAT Test

Just a question. Do we have to hit to kill a satellite to disable it? Can't we aim to miss it by a few yards (the CEP of ASAT missile is claimed to be 10cm) and fire some steel balls or set off a tiny explosion in the path of the satellite? I should think this would disable the satellite without cre...

Re: Indian ASAT test

What remains unsaid with todays successful ASAT test and a significant achievement is now India has the ability to intercept ICBM type warhead at 200-300 km altitude during the decent phase of RV in space. Typical satellite at 300 km altitude travel at speed of 8 km/sec which closely corresponds to...

But who exactly will they be targetting in Sri Nagar? They can not target any Government offices. They have to target only Indian Army installations and for that they do not have to reach Sri Nagar. Why? Pakistan always says that people living in Kashmir are 'their people' so they do not target them...

Just curious. I know Abhinandan might be carrying a centerline tank while on CAP. But would he still be carrying it when he switched to interception mode? It impedes speed a lot and he went into high speed pursuit. I would think he would have jettisoned it and it would have fallen away from the wrec...

Pakistan media (nation) is reporting a close call over Mumbai airspace between two aircraft because of high air traffic attributed to this closure.

Since it has a total of 12 control surfaces in 3 groups (fore, mid-body and tail), the "Spice" has a very long glide range, of about 60 kilometers. This allows a striking aircraft to release a bomb at a target without entering the threat envelope of most short- and medium-range air defense...
