Is there clear guidline from EC on what if a mismatch found between sample EVM and VVPAT? Many were asking a clear instruction during the election. Don't remember EC issued any. Did they? This drama could have been avoided otherwise.

China must have struck a deal with US to not to blacklist pakistan in return of declaring Masoon a global terrorist. I highly doubt pakistan will be blacklisted that too with China voting in favor. Blacklisting will jeopardize their own loans to pakistan.
