Our company, "we love to hate chipzilla" just built consensus for a 5% for engr/10% for MTS and above paycut. Mostly well received with a strong show of support given that everyone is actually seeing rifs among their counterparts in massaland.

I actually think that wrt religion it will be two pronged. Overall I expect it to regress, but pockets will go radical leading to increased polarization.

The auto industry meltdown will touch us too. Theres a huge consignment of A-star cars lined up for export to oirope. Unless they pull some magic on the pricing front I dont see how they will make it off the docks anymore.
