I met an Ola driver who owns multiple taxis. His uncle was paid for with flats in lieu of a piece of land + some cash which was acquired by Nanded city Pune. He was provided 10 flats at 2500 Rs/sqft. That price is approximately the BOM to construct the high-rise tower.

SM content has a long tail in terms of becoming outdated and the tail is not under control. This is in contrast with conventional broadcast content which has a quicker decay and full control on the decay curve. Depending on the genre of content, some of it become memes.
