I am not sure why GoI is not pushing for Ru Pay, the charges are lesser here, when I go to small cities and ask for using cards, they try to add 1.5-2% on the total, otherwise, they say, please bring cash. This way, GoI can enable the small merchants to accept the cashless transactions, it will help...

Thanks for the replies, so the things were struck at two levels, first at coal India, second at open loot. Now that the companies have paid for the mines, they will extract and try to make money out of it. Overall we will see more economic activity
