212 nos Su 30 have been produced till now and rest 60 will be produced by 2019.

Seeing the delay in FGFA till 2025 SJha has said that upto 80nos more Su30 can be expected.

Su 30 production will be extended by 5years to get additional 80nos for a total number of 352nos

LCA production @16/yr will take upto 2024-25 to produce the 106nos LCA MK1A starting from 2018.

To complete the production of the above lot in 2022-23 timeframe the production will have to ramp to minimum 24/year.

LSP1 has older F404 engine and not IN20 which features in MK1/1A as far as I remember. Correct me if I am wrong.

The 4.5 ton external payload may be with reduction in internal fuel from 2.5 T to 1.5T so that MTOW remains 13.3T or during mid air refuelling total weight may rise to 14.3T with extra fuel to have external payload of 4.5T.

Naval version of Ka 226 will be best choice for IN as it is already on order for IA/IAF.

Arms lobbies are already on with propaganda in media that there will be one more third production line for NLUH which will be western apart from Ka 226 and HAL LUH.

The DAC cleared Rs 7000Cr order for 32 Dhruvs with 16 for IN and 16 for CG. Seeing the high cost it is most likely that ASW version of Dhruvs with weapons are earmarked for IN.

There was a report only 6 Barak 8 ER will be carried inplace of 8 barak 8. Thus the total sum load will decrease to 24 nos Barak8 ER.

No mention of reduction in empty weight of new Tejas though Infoboard in Aero India 2015 and HAL website has increased the MTOW to 13500Kg i.e 200kg increase so external payload can be said to increase to 3700Kg.

Final requirement of K9 SPG for IA may well be over 200.

Ideally it should be 10% of the MBT strength.
