By 2025, the IAF will retire ~250 fighters. Assuming HAL goes full bore with 2 lines and 32 LCA MK-1As per year from 2019-2025, that's 225 a/c. Plus, PW would be willing to deal both because they get into India an GE preserve and because they've moved on to the F-119s and F-135s.
