Re: Indian Defence Websites Watch
Why don't we start Pakistan defense forum to have fun with them. There i no need to masquerade here, we can say on the index page that it is managed by Indians. This will allow all compulsive desi pak-bashers to vent their adrenaline at the same time, it will draw most pakis to defend their mothered...

Re: The Jan Lokpal Bill, Anna Hazare, and Baba Ramdev II
The biggest problem with this movement is it has become or made synonymous with Anna. I would rather if the cause was kept separate. That way even if Anna succumbs to the dark side the cause will not be lost. Now i kind of understand why i am getting bad feeling about his whole episode all along. An...

Re: The Jan Lokpal Bill, Anna Hazare, and Baba Ramdev
Frankly, this whole business is going too smooth for Anna to believe. Something is not right, especially i didn't expect Cong govt to be so stupid that it allowed Anna to grow so big (my family has lots of chota mota congi leaders and i know what they are capable of). On the contrary, they helped hi...

Re: Indian Missiles and Munitions Discussion
In the article there is a photo of the Dhanush missile with the caption "India's Prithvi SRBM on a Dhanush Stabilizer (launcher assembly)". What the description seems to suggest (maybe erroneously) is that 'Dhanush' is not the missile but the launcher which is used to fire a Prithvi missi...

Re: Surviving a 50 to 100 nuke bomb attack on India
This is a very interesting discussion, i.e if we stay focused. My two paisas - - after 100 nukes i don't think much will be left in terms of communication infrastructure. People would not know how much of India is left or if any help is coming. Communication or awareness is most important during cri...

Warangal Gold Merchant Arrested It may be recalled that Narsaiah, a small farmer in Mothe village, unearthed a steel box containing gold biscuits while tilling his fields, a week ago. . . But police arrested Narsaiah after the news spread in the village and recovered about 3 kg gold from him. Sourc...

I am no paint job on planes expert. However, i did work with some optical systems that needs to be covered when not in use and also that which needs constant cleaning. The area around the lens does gets a bit scratched and discolored over time.shiv wrote: Or is it just a random occurrence?

In a free society , these stupid journo's will be sidelined by watchful readers .... Being 10 years in (teaching visual communication) new media and communications I would say this image will have negative impact on viewers. Whoever says readers in general will negotiate the message is in delusion....

Re: BR sponsored books
I am no great illustrator but i can do basic schematic /explanatory images (a bitty rusty though). I have a pretty decent photography and digital imaging setup (I"ll be in Hubli in July, if anyone has access, we can do a book on commandos, kids will love it). As a pilot project, one can start w...

Re: Aero India 2009
Hmmm some of the pics of the LCA was taken at fantastic angles by the gurus on here. I suggest that a couple of these be printed in either 18 X 24 or 24 X 36 format posters for sale to collectors at brobably ten to fifteen dollars. Or calendars. Some ways to raise money for BRF. I wonder how come D...
