Jagan, it was Maj. Gen. Mohinder Singh who took over the 15 Division on 7th Sept.

Though the name Tejas is apt due its significance for the Indian aerospace program, it doesn't sound aggressive enough for a combat aircraft. But then, we don't commonly refer to Mig 29s as Baaz or the M2K as the Vajra, so it's o.k. I guess.
