CS, In 193 SB Chavan, the MHA at that time said its not TSP but its backers that prevent India from retaliating. The same is true even now.

If they had a Sheikh Abdullah type nexus they would have a Art 370 type dispensation. Although the six-point formula is a defacto Art 370. I think under guise of separatism they really in their hearts want to get out of India.

Sridhar, it was called ABR-200 and google says was tested twice in 1992 and no more info after that. It was atop a Rohini rocket and then gets launched.
