1 squadron of Rafale every year for next 6 years will suffice. The infrastructure and training facilities are already invested in. So also the India specific changes. Further squadrons will not be as expensive. Meanwhile LCA and it's derivatives can develop.

Very important to revise the commercial and consumer laws. Make them simpler and easier to comply with. Change the Inspectors to Trainers/Coaches. Train MSME to comply with laws, rather than sending Inspectors to look for errors. Have an understanding of gravity of offence and thus free entrepreneur...
