Okay a question here:

It is said India's fiscal deficit in 2010-11: 5.5 %
For this govt has to borrow: Rs 4.57 trillion ($97 billion)

This takes India's gdp : 97/5.5 = $1.736 trillion

But it is : $ 1.351 trillion
Am i making mistake somewhere ?
