Re: The IAF History Thread

I have a problem with the above article. From why I recall now Pakistani fighters ever got to Agra. B-57 Bombers in thier night raids reached Agra and this was in 1965 war quiet a few times. I don't think they werethat sucessful in 1971 in getting to Agra. Offcourse Fissele-ya kept claiming they sho...

What about the Islamists, the Saudis, the Pakis etc... They are the ones who gain the most in a USA -West spat with Russia. I hope the US does not turn a blind eye and aid thier activities resulting in anther horrible 9/11.

Hey did you guys notice how Tehelka's cheif editor was supporting Arundhati Roy yesterday. I think Telehka have now been exposed as a anti-national organization. Now I am convinced that in the case babu lal Bajrangi, they paid him a huge amount to just blurt out a bunch of lies against Modi.

Funny, how the Pakis don't talk about no of old aircraft being upgraded. I think this is to save H&D. The Pakis wanted everyone to believe that they had 34 of thr orginal 40 with 8 attrition loses. But this purchase of refurbished aircraft seems to indicate that they have 22 of the orginal 40 wi...

From the maps I have seen , it seems the Karakoram pass just east of Siachen forms the international border between India and Tibet. The Maps also show the LAC runs to the east of the pass. I think the pass is at the border of Indian and Chinese positions and we hold one side of the pass.

China has realy upped the ANte by providing Pakis with a Land Air launched cruise missile and the M-18 (Shaheen-II) to Pakistan in the last 2 years. The M-18 was expected to be ready for Pakistan in 1999 at about 2007- no suprise here. But I think the Indian PAD and AAD caught the CHinese and Pakis ...
