Re: Aero India 2023

I have a question about the business pass: the form requires a GST no., but I don't have one (technically, I'm an individual enthusiast). This was never asked in the past, so it was not an issue earlier. What are individuals doing to address this? Any suggestions?

The dravidian stockitsts running TN today also sent a communal tableau. Lesson learnt from last year I suppose, when their rationalist entry had been rejected and they had to contend with running it up and down the state-level parade.

Switching gears a bit, WTH is going on in Telengana? KCR skipped the entire Republic Day event in Hyderabad. Apart from the complete anti-constitutional impropriety, how will this go down with the voters? Or will it not?

The oil price cap applies only to non-pipeline crude, and HS Puri in that CNN interview completely demolished that self righteous proposal, implying (my reading) that the proposal itself is aimed at us.

So Yellen will have a hard time selling it to us, to put it mildly.

This mediation proposal is a trap we should avoid falling into. It will be used against us in cashmere down the line. Best we should do is to get Russia and Ukraine talk bilaterally and solve it to their satisfaction. Beyond that, none of our business so long we get our oil for a good price.

A nod to the Cholas would have been nice. The Maratha naval symbol signifying defence of the motherland, and a Chola (or Kalinga) symbol signifying offence and domniation of the Indian ocean would have made it more complete.
