It seems that we are waiting for some phoren company to come and build the infrastructure for us! Well, if IA/MOD get the roads and the necessary infrastructure made quickly in all border areas and to good quality through foreign companies, I don't in the least mind it - at least it is getting done...

They seem to be offensive rather than defensive, so I am guessing HRU, capturing enemy airfields, Radar installations etc in addition to SAR may also be part of their job description. Looks like the IAF is trying out some innovative concepts with Garuds.
